The traditional congregation of St Birinus and St John's Church meet on Sundays at 9am in Cressex Community School. We use Common Worship 1 in contemporary language for our Communion service, there is a sermon, and we sing hymns, mostly from "Hymns Old and New". The service lasts for about an hour, and tea and coffee are served afterwards. Our congregation has been formed by the merging of the two "traditional" congregations from our founding churches, and our service now contains elements of both.
